Project codes

Use ✎ Preset on each project to define a default task (e.g. Sign Form 1) and an optional default note. Only new assignments inherit it. Remove unused names permanently. Names that have assignments are archived to protect history. Archived names can be restored. Current and future draft entries are cleared on archive; published schedules only change after you publish again.
